Sparkly Loft is exquisitely designed with a rich contemporary art nouveau style. Open layout ensures a well-lit and peaceful living experience. The lodging is fully furnished with all the necessary amenities: central air conditioning, Internet, cable television, telephone, fridge, stove, dishwasher, a king size bed in the first bedroom and a double bed in the second bedroom, couches, chairs, rich maple hardwood flooring, shag carpets and stylish light fixtures and lamps. The Sparkly Loft’s fine contemporary artwork adorns the walls of every room, adding to the beauty and esthetics of this wonderful apartment. The kitchen encompasses an island layout with much cabinet space, and stainless steel appliances. It opens onto a magnificent dining area that includes a lavish dining room table with ample seating when dining at home. The living room includes a large flat screen TV and an office area complete with a work desk and an ergonomic office chair. Two large and sumptuously furnished bedrooms with a king size bed and a double bed offer calming refuge at night and whenever one wishes to relax. A spacious bathroom with bathtub is adjacent to the bedrooms. The bathroom and kitchen have been recently renovated and the painting of the living room redone (grey instead of red). Sparkly Loft is located in the heart of Montreal’s Downtown / international business district and Chinatown. It is only steps away from the Champ-de-Mars metro / subway station and a short 5 minute walk from Central Station where one can access local and regional transit trains. The building is also only a short distance away from Chinatown. The establishment is a short 10 minute walk away from the Victoria Boardwalk, the boardwalk along Montreal’s historic Old Port (the De la Commune Promenade), Montreal’s renowned Victoria Square, Place Bonaventure, Complex Desjardins, the Eaton Center, and Place Ville Marie. The ‘Underground City,’ one of Montreal’s premier tourist attractions is easily accessible from the apartment complex’s location. Surrounded by a plethora of fine gourmet restaurants, and luxurious shopping malls and quaint boutiques, one can easily satiate all shopping needs. It is also only a few short metro / subway stops from two of Montreal’s hottest strips (Crescent Street and St. Laurent Boulevard), trendy eateries, night clubs  and taverns to suit any and all ‘night life’ seekers. The Bell Centre, home of the famous Montreal Canadiens hockey team is also only one metro stop away! The apartment is also only a short distance from the McGill University campus and the Université de Québec à Montreal campus (UQAM), if one is attending classes or wishes to take advantage of their libraries and campuses.
