Ce loft possède des répliques d'immenses fenêtres d'usine, de hauts plafonds de 12 pieds et des colonnes de béton d'origine. Le bâtiment d'origine a été construit en 1913 et converti en lofts en 2001. Le Unity 1 est situé dans le Quartier International, aux portes du Vieux-Montréal, du quartier des spectacles et du Centre-Ville de Montréal! À proximité de nombreux services: restaurants, cafés, métro, bus, pistes cyclables et autoroutes. Emplacement exceptionnel, 2 rues au sud de la rue Ste-Catherine (magasins), 2 rues à l'ouest du boulevard St-Laurent et du quartier chinois, 2 rues au nord du Vieux-Montréal et 2 rues à l'est de la rue University. It includes a superb fully-equipped kitchen : fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer and a beautiful bathroom with a large shower. Possibility of indoor parking (extra charge). In 2001, the Unity 1 Project was a prize winner in the Historic Buildings category for the quality of its refurbishment. This loft has replicas of huge factory windows, 12 ft high ceilings and columns made of original concrete. The original building was built in 1913 and converted into lofts in 2001. Unity 1 is located in the International District, near Old Montreal, the entertainment district (Quartier des spectacles) and Downtown Montreal ! Close to many services, restaurants, cafes, metro, bus stops, bike paths and highways. Exceptional location: 2 blocks south of Ste-Catherine street (main shopping street), 2 blocks west of St- Laurent Boulevard and Chinatown, 2 blocks north of Old Montreal and 2 blocks east of University street.
